Jepoy reviews i.PH email-to-post
September 21, 2005i.PH Blogger Jepoy reviews the email-to-post feature.
I’ve finally finished designing my ITlog on i.ph and it’s now time to post something. The feature I liked most here on Blogger is the ability to post an entry via email. This feature is very useful especially to bloggers on the road. You can post entries on the fly by just sending an email using your laptop or cellphone.
Pretty good suggestions, too, Jepoy.

What people are saying about i.PH
(This is re-posted from news.i.ph - September 13, 2005)
Under the i.PH blogger program, bloggers, both i.PH and non-i.PH alike, were invited to write about the service on their respective blogs.
Here are a couple of initial entries:
I finally convinced Eddie to abandon his Friendster blog and create his own blog in i.ph. Yay! My first recruit! Hehe! If there’s anything that I love to share, it’s i.PH. The people have been so good to me and prompt in their service that it’s not hard to take in pride in having an i.PH blog.
So what is i.ph? It’s a blogging service by Dot.ph, the domain name registry for the Philippines. I remember that behind i.ph was a content management system (CMS) called “Calliope”. Sounds foreign-jer, doesn’t it? The whole time, I thought that it was French or Italian. Only recently did I discover that Calliope is a locally developed CMS. And it’s been two years in the making, I hear. Whew! It’s been in the making that long and I came to know about it only about ten months ago?! Where’s it been for so long?
Watch out for more. We’ll keep you posted. If you’re interested to participate, please check out the mechanics and email jangelo@domains.ph for more details.
